Coral Residential & Community Assessments teams are led by a Practice Manager who is qualified and experienced Social Workers with a minimum of seven years post-qualification experience and registered with Social Work England.

Our Family Support Workers (providing 24hour support and monitoring, including waking nights) in the Residential Community Assessments service are trained in Safeguarding and Child Protection, they are overseen and managed by the Practice Manager.

Helen Watson & Amanda Owen are two of the Co-Founders and still continue to undertake Parenting Risk Assessments and Residential Community Assessments. Each have over 20 years experience of working as Social Workers, carrying out a range of Parenting Risk Assessments including mental health, learning difficulties, non-accidental injury and domestic abuse.

Jacqui Shoultz is one of the leading Play Therapists in the UK with over 20 years experience. As a Co-Founder she oversees the teams regarding Attachment alongside undertaking direct work with children with regards to their attachment patterns.
